 SYSTEM OF LODGING F.I.R:

There are three main sources, on which registration of F.I.R in cog. Offences are entertained. The first and main source is the general public, who normally lodge F.I.R being aggrieved by the opponents. The second source is police himself suomotu lodge F.I.R and the third source is F.R.r. received from Judiciary Courts. In each and every case, copy of the F.I.R is being supplied to the aggrieved complainant at free of cost.
